I recently went on line to reserve a uhaul truck couldnt go to the place too busy at work. they stated it takes a hour for them to call you it took longer than that. I cancelled my reservation for truck didnt need it plus they didnt even have the truck i wanted i would’ve had to get a bigger truck. I do not a gree with having to pay $5.00 for a service i didnt recieve it isnt alot of money but it the principle of the matter why pay for no services rendered?
