Rented a truck to move from NY to Mass. - loaded it with heavy furniture on what turned out to be the hottest day of the summer (over 100 degrees)- after it was half loaded I noticed that one of the twin tires in rear had a hole in it that I could put my fist through! Called U-Haul and was on hold for hours –took 6 hours to get someone to change the tire (I had to unload truck for them to do this). Took pictures of the hole for proof. This happened in 1999 and I will never forget it!
