Truck was unsafe at any speed, I lost two days with electrical fault which they would do nothing about even though their service center performed repairs,which they couldn’t find a record of, then when I turned the lemon in, they had no record of the fuel at checkout (1/4 tank), therefore charged $108. even after showing them the Dealer rental tag with dealer signature on the 1/4 tank. (I guess they thought he was lying). I spent hours over the next two weeks talking to Amy and Yetta and some of their other fine “Service Reps”, to little satisfaction - refunded $60 of the $200 overcharge. At least I need another truck this week - so Budget seems like a great choice. One of the worst run businesses in the World!!!!!
