Everybody uses U-Haul to move right? Wrong! i don’t anymore, after using U-haul 4 times in the last 4 years and having just as many lousy experiances with them, I’ve vowed “Never again!”. The only thing they have going for them is they are everywhere, but so are rats.

Typical U-Haul experiance goes something like this.

1. See “In-Town Move 19.95″ Special so decide to call.

2. Call, and make reservations 2 weeks early, they charge $90 to credit card for reservations.Something fishy there when it is only supposed to by $20.

3. Morning of the move, show up at U-Haul, 3 people waiting in line, one person behind the counter. Wait 45 minutes to talk to that person.

4. That person informs you they don’t have the truck you reserved on their lot, but the one across town does.

5. Drive Across Town.

6. Pick up your truck, after filling out a slew of paperwork.

7. Almost force someone off the freeway because the blind-spot mirror comes loose and start point straight down.

8. Finish your move. Drop the truck off.

9. Wait 2 hours for them to inspect the truck,

10. End up paying $90 for all the small print, not quite the $25.
