Reserved a truck. They were supposed to call and verify the reservation at 5:00pm. At 5:07, we were worried and called their customer service number. The customer service agent told my partner there was nothing they could do for her. The CSR was rude and when my partner asked her for her name, the CSR hung up. I called back and got the same treatment. Two hang ups in one day. I called the local office where we were supposed to pick up the truck. He didn’t have any reservation for us. When I asked him why, he said he didn’t talk to that office and didn’t know anybody in that office, and couldn’t help me. Gave me the CSR number and told me that he had two other customers waiting.
