Its 11 am on my moving day… i have people waiting for me at my destination which i have to reach by 5pm.. i reserved 1 week in advance and i still have no truck!!
I was supposed to get a call 24 hrs in advance to tell me where to pick up my truck. no call. so i have been calling the 800 numbers i waited 20 min yesterday and 35 minutes today!! just to be told “we are still waiting for our trucks to come in”
