I had to move a few large pieces of furniture recently, so I rented a truck for a quick one-way, one-day (10 mile) move… In that short distance, the truck actually managed to break down TWICE!

I received NO apology, NO credit, NO refund - absolutely nothing but RUDE “customer service” agents implying I was ignorant for having expected the truck to RUN in the first place! Clearly, trucks that break down REPEATEDLY are just “par for the course” at U-Haul…
