Do not use U Haul! U Haul

I have vowed never again to use uhaul after my last few experiences. When I made a reservation they GUARANTEED my truck would be ready at a certain day and time. Not only was it not ready, but they never called to tell me. And when I’d call to ask for an update they would literally yell at me and tell me nothing. They also gave me the wrong amount of pads even though I asked them to double check because it looked like a small bag. And when I called to let them know they told me that I should have known.

As for filing a claim for all of the above, you have to wait until your move is over. They know you’ll be too busy unpacking and grateful that your experience with uhaul is over and that you’re less likely to file after the fact.

DON’T BE FOOLED, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
