U-Haul failed in every possible way!
1. U-haul cannot fill the reservations they make. They over book in a major way
2. Making reservations 3 months in advance does not mean there will be a truck or trailer for you.
3. You will be told they are not sure they can fill the reservation and you are forced to find a truck yourself. Which costs you more money, and you end up finding it at an independent U-Haul location, which does not operate as part of the company. Go Figure!
4. Once you have equipment, it will be 2 days after your reservation was set and they will bless with their finest 15-year-old beater with 300,000 miles “U-Rent-Wreck”. Expect mechanical problems and do not use them for long moves.
5. Friends and family that were there to help you move, will not be able to make it now because U-Haul made your schedule for you.
