We recently had to move our stuff from KY to TN. Obviously, our car was not big enough for the move, so what better option was there than to rent a U-Haul truck and load the stuff in it and deliver it ourself instead of hiring a moving company to do it which would have cost much more…as if we already didn’t have enough expenses with the moving and all. Anyhow, we hired a truck got all the stuff loaded, delivered it to our house here in TN and took the truck back and returned it.We had no problems at all. After reading all the negative epinions about U-Haul here on this website I am amazed. i am glad I had not read them before actually renting the U haul because if I had read them i would NEVER have tried it. My experience was great, no problems at all and no breakdowns anywhere even though we had not moved during the best whether conditions.No problems with the customer service either.
