Placed reservation 60 days before move.
Received phone call 14 days before move saying you can’t have a truck for your reservation, call the store manager to discuss.
When I called the store manager after being told that the employee who called me should be FIRED that “we don’t have a truck but I will figure it out.” Guess what?? We showed up to pick up the truck and they didn’t have one for us. They had several excuses and after waiting an hour, we received a truck 1/2 the size of what we needed. We ended up having to make several extra trips and returned the truck late only to pay a late fee PLUS extra money for mileage. While renting the truck we listened to the manager SWEARING at employees and then at customers who were late returning their truck.
