Just a day ago I got a uhaul ruck from a local supplier and i was thouroghly disapointed. All of there uhauls were in poor condition, thats the least I could say. It was unkempt. It was in places filthy. It was like they clean it anually or something, It was very poorly looked after. It had no anti freeze and I had to take time off our move to deal with something that should have been dealt with before hand.
The service was horrible they were all rude on the phone, everyone I talked to for that matter. The website was missleading they said that it was 89 cents per mile online but when we returned it they charged us $1.49 for “saturday pickup”. The price for the truck was resonable but the hidden gas fees are just not worth it if you are new. I highly disreguard you for dealing with them unless you like poor quality and lousy service.
