Uhaul Story

If I could go to other service I would’ve in a second U Haul

I have an ISUZU Vehicross. It’s a concept car so it’s not easy finding parts for it. I try to look for a hitch for it and I found out that Uhaul did hitches and so they did my vehicross. Things that are really bad about this place:

1.Getting service over the phone was absolutly terrible, might as well drive there.

2.Service department there was just terrible and rude. They set me up at one time for an appointment and when I got there I was accused to be a liar, since they did not have me written down and I forgot the name of the person that set me up with the appointment.

3. I use my credit car for the reservation and they charge all on that creditcard w/o my concent. I wanted to pay with a different credit card was it was too late. They charged me.

4 The service is just terrible.
