I had a horrible experience last weekend at UHAUL at ERIE Boulvd SYRACUSE,NY. I booked my truck in advance ..they guranteed me the truck and when on the day of moving i went to pick up the truck..the truck was not available. On top of that the general manager by the name of Kieth Overton was rude and abusive to me. He didnt even call any other uhaul stores to arrange a truck.Finally i got the truck after 5-6 hrs of stuggle. When i was on my way to new home the truck stopped and never started again…my last weekend was a nightmare…i advice anyone not to do business with UHAUL because they sucK.Their truck are old and crappy ..they overbook their trucks..
