I spent $445.00 in two weeks for trucks and purchased a coupler for a trailer that did not fit, all I wanted was MY money back and because I didn’t have the receipt I was told no. Never rent from them again. I also reported a stolen pickup truck that belonged to them that was taken from Oregon and brought to Nebraska, which they were using to pull their camping trailer, they had NO thought about giving it back and didn’t even get a thank you. I was told when I purchased the coupler I could return it and then they just said no. I have used U-Haul several time renting trailers to pull to craft shows and fairs and flee markets and they have always been their to take my money, but they were NOT there to give me back my money. I don’t think it is a very good way to do business. The girl remembered me when I walked in and said oh no must not have fit! The truck was a real piece of work also, 90 degrees and the air only worked when there was no pull on the motor and it had very weak pick up. I was really upset. It cost me $39.95 a day the first time and the gas was reasonable, it cost me $19.95 a day the second time and it was a gas hog. I had to put $50.00 in the tank when I took it back. Both trucks charge $.89 a mile and then still have to put gas in it that is totaly ludicrous Never Never again.
