Next time I move I’ll buy myself a truck U Haul

I will never again rent a truck from U-haul, even though it was $20 for one day, they charged me $75, while I only drove about 20 miles. They also refused to explained what they charged for. Employees had bad attitude and were rude and ignorant while I was with them on the phone. Everything they did was slow and with a "I don’t care" type of attitude. They also made me buy an insurance on a truck. An 88 Toyota Truck looked beat-up and while we stopped for lunch we detected oil leaks and bad tires, good thing I didn’t buy that truck, what’s even better is that I returned it the same day. What’s the conclusion? U-haul doesn’t take any care of its vehicles. Forget what they advertise about comfy cabins and Air Conditioning, our truck had no side mirror on the passenger side!!!

U-haul doesn’t offer good value or good service, it came out expensive and such an unpleasant experience that I must warn you: Not only is their service bad, you may be unsafe in their trucks, I would not trust those guys, especially after all those oil leaks and underinflated tires. Look somewhere else for moving supplies, there are enough place to choose from.
