Don’t have time for a well written review, but want to warn others anyway.

After we got in the U-Haul office we got a truck, which had two windows smashed out (the small triangle ones.) We did not notice it until we were about to start driving. Got back to the office. The clerk who looked quiet bored took us to another truck. Luckily I decided to check its lights - rear turning signals and stop lights did not work. The clerk says these are all they have. We have our move scheduled and have not time to go to another place. Choose the one with broken windows. Discover trash in the cargo area, including decaying food. Obviously they did not care about cleaning it.

The truck runs, but gears are not smooth and it sounds like it about to fall apart every minute. At some point we could not get the key out. After 5 minutes struggle get it out. Get 3.5 gallons of gas as the expected mileage is 40 miles. The gas meter does not indicate any presence of fuel - it is obviously broken. Just praying that this thing does not make less than 15 miles per gallon, because if the gas would be low we would not be able to tell.

Complete the move, luckily the old machine did not break down. After we parked the truck the key would not get out. Spent about 20 minutes struggling with it - no result (it is 10:30 PM already and sitting in the dark industrial area not much fun.) Locked the truck, go home.

Really have out mind set on requiring our money back. Next morning call them to tell that we could not return the key as it was stuck, but that the truck should be there. They tell us that they are going to charge us for more than 100 miles (140 miles I guess - my girlfriend talked to them). We are absolutely sure we did not make more than 50.

We are planning to get our money back - this is outrageously unprofessional!
