I can’t risk writing the details of my experience with u haul today for fear of sinking deeper into depression and fits of anger, suffice it to say that it involved massive amounts of rudeness and indifference, a broken down vehicle, long holds on line, a convoluted, ineffective and corrupt reservation system and, well, that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
