Can’t believe how these guys are still in business
This is not the first time. 3 times and everytime
the same experience. The only reason is I put up with
this is they have a location near my place.
The holding times are unending. You call, wait, hangup
and then call, wait, hangup. Even the national number
is not any better. Spent 2 hrs on phone just to schedule
a simple pickup and the customer service says I have to
relax, take it easy and “its not so bad” and wants me to
hold on for more time.
