If you are moving soon and are looking for a moving van, then I suggest any other company besides U-Haul. You would be better off making trip after trip carrying things on your back! At least that way you would guarantee that your things would actually get there! They tried to charge me twice for the deposit and then told me that they would take a check without a problem. When we arrived at the center on SUNDAY they told us it was cash, credit or nothing! We were cursed at, lied to and just plain scammed! We ended up leaving after talking to a horrible customer service rep, manager and anyone else that would listen. Nothing worked!!! We then went to Penseke, got a truck, paid less and were on our way. Stay away from U-haul at all costs!
