The MANAGER was rude, indecisive, unhelpful, inconsiderate and has no business etiquette at all. I predict that he is a failed student and failed businessman with many endeavors and will continue to be a full time failure unless he changes his business practices. I attempted to reserve a car hauler - failed to receive a phone call for confirmation that was told to me I would (by the failed manager) - made numerous attempts to contact his office - asked twice for information and return phone calls (no call ever came) - had to drive to location to find out anything - there he was rude and offensive to not only me, but to other customers located in the store and having trouble with their rentals as well - tried to refuse to help me and just cancel my reservation - trailer was not ready (it is now past noon - told trailer would be ready the night before or early AM - trailer still had flat tire and EXPIRED tags - offered to take trailer myself and pay to have the tire changed - after agreeing to this, the failed manager reneged on his offer (the tire had already been changed at my expense) and told me I would have to further delay my trip and return his precious tire (the flat one) - he even threatened to call the police for stealing!!!!! Which he actually did - when the police arrived, they basically laughed at the failed manager and understood that he was just a failed and angry businessman who had basically made a false report. They left my residence confused and disgusted and I returned the trailer - never to use UHAUL again - EVER!!!!!!! The district manager spoke in detail to me and also spoke with the failed manager about his idiocy, however she never left her name and number along with a followup phone call as I had requested and she had agreed to. Therefore I would have to deduct that she in part condones this unprofessional business that this failed manager is running. Please do not ever use UHAUL again if you want to work with a professional and ethical business.
