I made my reservation online, and proceeded to wait for my call… Well, not only did these people NOT call me, they were RUDE and HOSTILE to me when I called. This was at the regional office, mind you. The woman I spoke to first told me that there was no truck anywhere in my area… I had to go a good 1/2 drive away to get a truck. When I explained to her that we needed something closer, ANYTHING at that point, even if it was smaller, that seemed to set her off even more. She told me that it was MY fault they didn’t have a truck for me anywhere nearby, AND she said that I shouldn’t expect to get something else so soon. I was dumbfounded… How can they remain in business like this??
Oh, but that wasn’t all.
She was insultive, would NOT let me get a word in, and threatened to cancel my reservation and charge my cc $100 in the process!! I have no idea what crawled up her bum, nor do I want to know. If I can save anyone some aggravation, please, please, PLEASE don’t patronize this business. Now I have to sit and wait to see if I’m going to get ripped off for a $100 when I never even GOT a stinking truck?!
