Not even mentioning that the truck they rented us was a way outdated vehicle that the first driver we hired refused to drive because of safety reasons…There was NO AC, NO RADIO (not that it wasnt in the truck…IT JUST DID NOT WORK) the gas gauge read 1/4 tank and we still shut down in the middle of the highway for fuel(try pushing a loaded 14′ truck to the side of the road). when the truck was returned the agent miscounted the mileage which led us to be undercharged (why complain you may ask)well for the next 2 weeks our account was like Uhauls personal COOKIE JAR as they took out, refunded, took out , refunded to correct the attendants mistake, never even once contacting us first…Fwd to over a month later our account is over drafted leading to penalties and fees because UHAUL was at it again and took out another $75…calls to customer service on Thursday were met with we see the transaction but we cant tell you what its for, that’s before the rep decided to hang up on my wife, call back and request a supervisor leads to about 1/2 hr on hold for some guy who refuses to give his NAME or REP ID but claims to be a supervisor who now finds NO HISTORY of the $75 that the rep before him could see but couldn’t talk about…So don’t worry about it he says we will look into it and call you back in 24 Hrs bye…So now I really gotta ask HOW ARE YOU GONNA CALL ME BACK IF YOU DON’T EVEN KNOW MY NAME OR MY NUMBER??? FWD 120 hrs later (5 DAYS) I call back get routed to another #, this girl was way more helpful but couldn’t see why my card was charged so I faxed her the statement….As of rite now no one can explain why the card was charged or by who exactly……….I’m still waiting on a CALL BACK.
