Last summer when I was moving to a new apartment my roommate and I decided to use UHAUL. I ordered the midsized truck (19 feet?) and arranged to pick it up on 8/29/2004. I called to confirm that the truck would be ready and they told me that not ONLY did they not have the right size truck for me, but they also made me drive to some random UHAUL location to pick up my truck. Then they charged me extra for the mileage!!!! The truck looked like something you’d see crumpled along the side of the highway after a 10 car pileup. It was a mess. It lurched and sputtered and I thought I was going to be killed as I drove it on the highway. NExt time I move I will go with PENSKE.
