We had a rental confirmation and a pick-up location. When we went to pick up the truck not only did they not have any truck at all, the “confirmation number” was the wrong number of digits. They had actually just made up a number to give us over the phone, and were not smart enough to give us a fake number with the correct amount of digits. I called the national 800 number to get another truck. Big mistake. They could get us a truck the next day. A truck the next day would have done absolutely no good, since I had to move that day. The customer service person was the rudest person I have ever spoken to. She actually laughed at me. U-Haul is the worst thing to ever have existed.
