I just had the chance to use this service and they have the name right. U-haul it, the trucks are so undependable.

We asked for a 24 footer a week in advance and was promised it would be ready. Wrong, they never got us one! We had to use a 27 footer which only got 3.5 miles to a gallon of gas.

The next thing that we found out was wrong was the cargo lights didn’t work while we were loading the truck. Now that may not sound like a major issue but it was for me as i had to get back to my job.

Then as we finally got loaded and on the road ,I was told I had no turn signals. Now this was turning into a nightmare. This truck cost me 978.00 and this is not what I needed at this time. Midnight in Kentucky and many more miles to go before calling it a night.

The next morning i took the truck into a U-Haul dealer to be told he couldn’t fix it till that afternoon. I asked him if he wanted to unload it to another truck. You wouldn’t believe the look i got! I didn’t get another truck either. Needless to say I went on my way.

As I turned this truck in I raised the roof. I told the dealer here about it and all he did was laugh it off. This company wonders why Ryder has them on the run. I even called U-Haul in Arizona to complain and I have’nt heard from them either.

When you decide to move take another good look at your situation. Do you really want the hassle’s U-haul provides? I think they need to take a good long look at thier fleet and thier dealers. Never again!

You would think for 978.00 they could at least provide a decent truck that will get you to your destination without these kinds of problems.What you do get for that kind of money is "Nightmare on I-75"
