I reserved a 17′ truck online and was supposed to be contacted by 5pm the night prior to move. No call. I called the next morning and they said they were working on it and would call me right back. After 4 more hours I called them back and they said they had’nt called back as they were still working on it. The manager wanted to know if I would take a 10′ van that would have to be back in 14 hours. Not helpful. She said she could then do nothing more for me.”Shall I cancel this reservation for you sir”
