U haul should be called NO Haul U Haul

We had booked our reservation online a full 6 weeks prior to our move and had contacted the office two days prior to our pickup time. When we tried to pick-up our truck at our appointed time we were unable to do so as the person was not there! We were supposed to have our truck at 7:30 am and did not receive it until 12:30 pm. We finally got the truck and loaded it and headed out for our province wide move. Approx. 7 hours into our journey the truck started over heating etc. We contacted their 1-800 number only to be told to continue driving the vehicle. 5 Hours and 4 U-haul “mechanics” later the truck finally broke down. The truck had to be towed to our destination and it did not show up until 11:00 pm a full 25 hours later. (The truck was only 5 hours away). I have contacted the head of BC a Mr. Horace Martin only to have him blow me off and pass me on to a “Philip”. I was told I would be called back today only to have both people conveniently “off” today!! How convenient!
