I thought it was easy to rent a truck. Boy was I wrong. This company is the WORST! I ordered a truck on Tuesday for a Saturday move. They called me back and said that it was delayed and they would call me back. HA! Like that was going to happen. So, after repeated attempts to contact them (they’re Regional office lines would put me on the hold cycle then just dial into a phone forever with no one picking up), I finally got ahold of people on Monday! Three days late no less. The snobbish customer rep said they cancelled my order on Sunday b/c I didn’t pick it up. WELL DUH! There was NOTHING to pick up! Never rent from them! I’m sleeping on an air mattress b/c of these jerks. I’ll see if Ryder is any better.
