I can’t even begin to explain what a nightmare it was to try and get a uhaul. My husband and I were moving this past weekend and had a reservation #, but could not get through to UHAUL to get an answer as to what time Sat the truck was coming, when we did get through, only because we called the national line, they assured me a supervisor would call me back. DID NOT HAPPEN. I called again(after waiting on hold for another hour) and again they said someone would call me back. Well they did assuring us we would have a truck for Sunday. We spent 2 hours on hold on Sunday morning at three different 800 numbers to AGAIN have no resolution. It is now Monday and I have yet to hear back from anyone at UHAUL. Sunday at 11:30 I called Penske and they gave me a truck on the spot.
